Add universal search across all secrets

Feature description

A search bar at the top of the screen that lets a user browse through the secrets in all projects/environments

Why would it be useful?

Sometimes, it can get annoying for people to browse through different projects to find that one secret. This will make the navigation much much easier

Additional context

This will require both frontend and backend changes.

This search bar could even do more than just search through the secrets, here's some ideas :

• Search for specific values (and show the project + secret name below)
• Easily switch between configs (environment), today we can't add custom configs but maybe tomorrow we will and imagine scrolling through a huge environment dropdown list... (I know Doppler does it, and its quite convenient IMO)
• Search for pages/parameters/organizations (like a CTRL+K, an Infisical "spotlight" alternative)
  • We could even have something like this : https://github.com/fregante/kbar ✨
• Search for members

Hi, is this feature confirmed to be wontfix ? I would love to have this feature as the the problem statement fits what I am experiencing.

It would be useful if we could search by tag too
