Add support + docs for all SMTP server email providers

Feature description

Currently, Infisical has confirmed support + docs for SendGrid, Mailgun, AWS SES, and SocketLabs

That said, we get people every day requesting support for more email providers like that we haven't confirmed support for — often times it's due to issues like just needing to configure the right TLS version with the email provider etc.

We'd love to, in the future, support all SMTP server options listed here.

PS: This is an easy and great way to get a first contribution in and learn to set up Infisical 😄

Why would it be useful?

This will allow more people around the world to self-host Infisical on their own infrastructure!

Just a FYI, setting up SMTP is no longer mandatory. In case you choose not to configure SMTP settings, Infisical will operate with slightly reduced functionality, but all essential features will still be fully functional.
