[ENG-143] Allow users perform actions on multiple secrets #925

Feature description

users should be able to do actions with multiple secrets at once. For example: • Delete secrets • Move them to another folder • Assign them a tag

Why would it be useful?

It would help boost productivity if users can perform these actions on multiple secrets at once.

Deleting multiple secrets at once is already possible. Moving will happen next.
