a~a~a~a~a~ 30 Jan, 2022 @ 5:28am  there are phenomena that ai never improve strategic resources when the strategic resource has been improved to farm. This leads to AI lacking strategic resources to wage war

They do replace improvements for strategics already. But they sure take their sweet time with it.
