Cavalry units not used in city attacks #36

Some civs like cavalry (Scythia, Mongols, etc.) and they produce tons of them. Yet, they sit idly even during a war.

Scythian and Mongolian specialty cavalries are of the "light" type which are pretty fragile and only good for pillaging. On the other hand, I've the experience of Saladin taking over one my cities with his heavy cavalries aka Mamluks.
