Controller support and overlay persistance #74

I love the plugin but there's no controller support whatsoever. In vanilla chat I'm able to focus on the chat window with Select, scroll through the tabs with R1/L1, bring a context menu with Square, etc.

Another issue I noticed is that the chat window stays on top of the UI elements like menus and such, making visibility hard.

Controller support is hard to do with ImGui, so there won't be any in the near future

And the on top of other things is also a simple limitation of ImGui, nothing I can do about it / or other plugins that have this exact same issue
