[Bug?] Transform Settings - Keyboard Spawn #83

Sometimes the keyboard doesn't appear/spawn where the user teleports to.

I've had this happen a lot, not just with keyboards, additional menus too. But for now I just point and drag all the way back to me, it would be nicer! Gif link: https://gph.is/g/4wDKwqd
