[Bug] Many menu options on Quest 2 app don't work

On my Quest 2 app, many of the options in the menu are missing functionality or have duplicate pathways. For example:

Changing the zoom does nothing when moving the slider in [options -> navigation].
The [actions] button for an object has a duplicate called [solver].
When following [create -> ui element] the only available option is [menu ui] whilst the others are greyed out.
