Approved artist should have issuerer DID value in their DB document #19

When an artist is approved, the issuer field needs to be written to their document in the DB so that front end can give them correct artist permissions. Currently after an approved artist logs in, they still see fan Dashboard Icon and not Manage Artist Icon.
