what are the total number of grants from NSF and NIH?

NIH using query terms vs the covid designator
- designator gives 1974
- COVID AND SARS AND SARS-COV2 retrieves 4054
NSF with & without various terms
adjust searching so it's ok for the terms to be in title/abstract just once
