Quote titles in CSV download #160

When using the "Download as CSV" button, grant titles are not quoted, so titles that contain commas will corrupt the CSV.

For example, NSF grant 1257773 has this issue when it is included in the result set.

@ryscher The same issue exists with abstract too. I'll fix both: title and abstract.
