Expand search to multiple types of results

Extend the capabilities of the search system so a single keyword search can be applied to multiple models, and the results from all models can be sent to the UI.

We have not finalized the UI design yet, but the backend implementation should support an anticipated design that will use some combination of tabs and blocks of results, similar to Google searches.

In the above screenshot, there are tabs for Images, News, Shopping, etc. The results list includes both "regular" websites and targeted questions. Similarly, the CIC frontend will want to build a page that includes different types of results in sections.

Notes from initial review of functionality:

• change "grants" to "awards" throughout the site
• add "losenges" at the top to make navigation more obvious
• add some textual context
  • you can search over all types of infomration
• which datasets to import?
  • any mentioned in PI profiles
  • ones listed on the datasets page
  • any in dryad
• provide links to ground each piece of information
  • links to orcid etc.
