Improve deployment process #291

Deployment process should be improved and simplified:

it should be possible to deploy to new host with one console command (docker-compose maybe?)
all parameters should be in config file
backups should work out-of-box
process should be documented

Perhaps replace the second bullet with environment variables? Compose works well with such approach. It also can take environment variables from *.env files, so it would look much like config files at that point.

Env variables does not work when you need several instances on one server
