It's too easy to break redirects or recommendations by accidentally pressing the wrong button. I can press delete on a redirect for example and it immediately disappears.

Destructive actions should be preceded by a confirmation dialogue. I identified these actions as destructive:
Bulk updates and deletes
Delete redirect
Ignore recommendation
Import redirects is explicitly excluded, because we have some special plans for that.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We can leave confirmation dialogues out, but that's not user friendly.
