KDESKTOP-980-Dehydrated-placeholders-exclusion-doesn-t-work #189

Sometimes the app detect an EDIT and try to upload a dehydrated placeholder. In those cases, the operation is ignored but the app continue to try to upload on each sync. To avoid that now. we update the date of the dehydrated placeholder with the one in DB.

Test to be added. Waiting on PR https://github.com/Infomaniak/desktop-kDrive/pull/203 and branch HOTFIX-3.6.2 to be merged in develop to implement the tests.
