Some issues like :

should be set to Code Smell instead of Bug.

In general the Groovy rules should follow the Java rule categories.

The sonar tags should be fixed up as well (mainly on the older rules) so they all actually match the codeNarc categories listed here http://codenarc.sourceforge.net/codenarc-rule-index.html.
