Rather than providing list of VDB's to include for metadata extraction can it be a list to exclude instead?

we could have the EDC go and get all the VDB's based on the following. SELECT distinct "database_name" FROM "GET_ELEMENTS"();

note: this may return one record as null that should be ignored.

Close issue. Latest version already accounts for this.
