views with a + in the name are not properly escaped with double-quotes

any view with a + in the name - creates an error

ERROR: can't find start of VIEW CREATE VIEW [view name]

in vql, any view with a + or other special characters will be surrounded by double-quotes

note - will be fixed in v0.9.8.2, which should be updated later today (after testing)
