Denodo Scanner - missing links for SAP Hana calculation views

when Hana Calculation views are used in denodo - the lineage generated for connection assignment has the following issues:-

• _SYS_BIC schema is used (should be removed)
• nested packages are using . notation - e.g. hana_demo_package.subpackage1 - the . package separator should be replaced with a "/" character so connection assignment will work as expected
