denodo scanner - external lineage for mysql tables uses null as schema name #38

when connecting denodo to mysql, the lineage.csv was exported with null/

/ it appears that for databases like mysql - there is no SCHEMANAME property in the wrapper metadata, only CATALOGNAME

resolved - the database name is used as the schema for databases like mysql
