Increase built-in metrics/logging volume sizes #52

The built-in size (10Gi) need to be increased to 20Gi. Also consider increasing the alert manager storage size. All, ideally, from the deployment YAML, where the size of the drives can be specified at installation-time.

Defaults now in template files and documented properties are in the deployment config (deployments/compact-aws-frankfurt-3-11).
