Remote Execution #36

Adjustments to permit remote (Nextflow) execution of jobs via the use of an alternative base image. This will allow a Squonk-launched container image (in OpenShift for example) to launch and manage remote (nextflow) jobs.

Expectation is that remote execution will rely on the tej framework (https://github.com/VisTrails/tej)
