Today (29 December) ALL data on the STAGING environment is being removed en re-imported from the old GIPOD system #216

The full sync (from the old GIPOD - Production) on the STAGING environment is complete.

The following things have changed in the STAGING environment, in addition to the innames data sync.

STAGING is now read-only - like the PRODUCTION environment. (Innames and organisations cannot be created or updated for the moment).
The deadlines have been aligned with PRODUCTION also (Deadline1=15 days, Deadline 2=45 days).
The SynergieInteresseZones have been also imported.
