https://data.vlaanderen.be/shacl/DCAT-AP-VL#DatasetShape/458062b0ae03c559426b85df3dd28e1c785acb0b Requires the range of dcat:contactPoint on datasets to be an instance of schema:ContactPoint, while DCAT-AP requires this to be an instance of v:Kind.
