The codelists with hierarchies that can be based on the lists and definitions from DPV should be made by creating an entire taxonomy in SKOS concept schemes. In the concept scheme you can then refer to a definition of the term ‘elsewhere’, a corresponding class in DPV.
Eventually SKOS concept schemes were not used. DPV and GConsent already provide extended lists of classes and options to which are being referred in the uri's of the application profile.
