The name of this property (missing still several definitions) suggests that one cannot create an webpage that is informative enough for a human based on the information in the model.
Because "human readible" is very subjective. E.g. does it has to be in Dutch nicely written text? Or is a picture of the data also acceptable?
Also this raises the discussion whether the intend is to share the legal document (contract) of 50 pages or a condensed representation of that document. (typical issue when dealing with consent).
Secondly if we refer to a Document then usually the goal is not machine processing of that document, but for humans.
So more informative naming could be
"data_retention_policy_document": the document describing the data retention policy.
etc. for the others
