in https://purl.eu/doc/applicationprofile/consent/#Expiry the expiry frequency is the sole mandatory property. That means that in all cases the expiry frequency must be given.
Was this the intend? If so, please add this explicit in the usage note on Expiry class. As I could image every easily a case where only temporal restrictions are used.
