The federated-authority-connector module was removed by reverting back commit 9f45c26e. To make sure the http-plane-headers-extension module uses mock-iam, commit 4b11d3bd was reverted.
Next to this the build script was adapted to make it possible to publish the artifacts to Nexus. The following documentation was used to implement this: https://central.sonatype.org/publish/publish-gradle/
