Increase the waiting time for GitHub action test-003 and nifi #381

With the Sprint 36 Tag: ldes/ldi-workbench-nifi:1.6.0-SNAPSHOT GitHub action returns: https://github.com/xdxxxdx/VSDS-LDES-E2E-testing/actions/runs/6337867919/job/17214463329 error for test-003 and nifi Run the test one time manually, got correct result.

It might be the case the waiting time for the auto test is not long enough/ it is LDES Client NIFI component performance issue.
