Update NAR tags across docker compose files #74

Currently some e2e tests use LDES_CLIENT_NAR_TAG=20220704.153332-11 and build.ARTIFACT_ID: ldes-processors in docker compose file. The LDES_CLIENT_NAR_TAG=20220818.141937-26 does not.

This needs to be aligned across the e2e tests.

We have eliminated the need for LDES_CLIENT_NAR_TAG and provide the NAR files as part of the custom Apache NiFi Docker image (LDES_WORKBENCH_NIFI_TAG) so this issue can be closed.
