fix: Cleanup test resource files in de ldes-server-admin module #1257

As discussed in issue #1199, the ldes-server-admin module had numerous test resource files that were either duplicated or differed minimally from others. To solve this, unused test files were removed and the remaining files are reorganized into distinct folders based on their types (views, dcat, ldes, etc.). Some tests were modified, mainly to update the file paths to the specific test files.
