HttpPoller has a flaky test that causes random failures #470

Describe the bug When github builds and runs unit tests, sometimes/often one of the HttpPoller tests will fail without good reason. This slows down releasing new features and is a waste of developer time.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run github action 2.a Build project

Expected behavior The test always behaves the same.
