Transaction is already active error #678

Describe the bug When the LDESClientProcessor, configured with Postgres DB for state, has run for a while, not having processed every page, an error is thrown that a transaction is still active.

To Reproduce Configure LDESClientProcessor with Postgres DB for state, and let it run for several hours.

Expected behavior Not getting this error.
