Copyright and licensing footer is malformed in the Spanish translation

The Creative Commons license image does not appear in the footer on the pages for the Spanish translation. The linebreaking around the github logo is also awkward on the translated pages.

Issue has been identified. The image link is relative and the transition to the es translation changes the computed path. The path to the media directory is at the root of the site's directory hierarchy.
