Consumable requests for cartridge #21

It would be very usefull to be able to do consumable requests for cartiges as they are consumables too.

I guess we could copy the plugin and make one for cartridges instead of consumable (search and replace "consumable" by "cartridge") but having it all in the same plugin is easier.
