Budgets not working #20

Printercounters version 1.3.0 GLPI 9.1.2

The Budget button within the plugin allows for creating a budget, but Billing Models is using the built-in Budgets within GLPI. Linking a record model for billing and inputing the per page cost does show the cost on the printer object when records are recorded, but the Budget colum remains blank and the cost for each record is not being entered anywhere in either budget location.

Let me know what questions you have. Thanks!

I can confirm the same problem with GLPI 9.2.3 with Printercounters version 1.4.1

The plugin's Budget object is only used in the interface via the Budget menu, there is no connection with the plugin's other features.

The page allows when you create a budget with an amount, a start and end date to display when you return in the list the number of page, color page rate of all printers of the budget entity.

Example in the image below : budget

There are two budgets with an amount and I have the information of the printers of entity 1 according to the start and end dates.

Excuse me, but I cannot understand, I have created a budget from the Budgets menu not the plugin's, since I get the error : "The budget period 01-01-2018 - 31-12-2018 already exists" when adding from the plugin.I have created a billing model and assigned this budget to it and also created a cost per page which works since I get to see the cost of each inventory on the connected printers. But no data is displayed in the budget button menu of the plugin, and no entries exist in the GLPI created budget...

This budget page is not linked to all the settings you have made. It's a feature that has no connection. You have to create a budget in this interface to get the information I got in the image. I have created two budgets "Entity Budget1 2015" and "Entity Budget 2016".

OK got it, I have created a budget there, after I deleted from the database an already created one which did not appear on the interface and used the same period. Do I have to do anything else? on the billing model it let me choose only the created GLPI budgets and not the one created in the plugin... How do the page consumption is connected to the budget? And lastly how can I create multiple budgets for the same period? (eg. a budget per department for the year)

Thank you!

Created budget still not visible, I only get what you see in the attached image

budget

This plugin budget is not linked to the billing model as specified the plugin budget is only used in the plugin Budget interface.

For billing models, the GLPI budget must be used.

This budget looks across all of the entity's printers. So if you have one department per entity, you have to make so many budgets in different entities otherwise it is not possible.
