Include translation Portuguese Brazilian #21

Hello I've finished the Brazilian Portuguese translation, and made the download of the file and put in GLPI folder, but no one translation was applied.

I've made those steps: download the file to /tmp: glpi.pot cd /var/www/chamados/plugins/printercounters/locales cp /tmp/glpi.pot ./glpi.pot cp ./glpi.pot pt_BR.po msgfmt -o pt_BR.mo pt_BR.po

I have tested with both files this works.

I added the two files on the master, to try again:

Placing files in plugins/printercounters/locale

Hello @amma35 ! Thanks for reply! I guess I didn't restart apache2 service. This morning it was already in portuguese. I've made a bit modifications that was wrong, and now is everything ok with the translations.
