Hi everyone,

I'm discovering plugin printercounter. When I try to make an immediat count, here is the following error : image

I've tried multiples OID, I directly found them on my printer. Ink level are well working.

I'm a bit confused, if some could help me it wold be fantastic :)

I'm under GLPI 9.2.2 and plugin version 1.4.0.

Thx a lot

Hi, It's gonna be hard to help you, I need more information. Do you have any examples of OIDs you have set up? Do you have log errors in the glpi/files/_log/php-errors.log and sql-errors.log files?

Hi,

thx for your quick feedback :)

I found something, there are no errors on log files and I was using a wrong OID. But with a good OID, issue appears only when I click on "Relevé Immédiat"

When I use the "Mettre à jour les données de l'imprimante" button, datas are well updating directly on the printer page.

So my question is now : how works the "Relevé Immédiat" button ? And what is its main goal ?

Thx !

Hi, The button "Immediate record" makes it possible to query the printer and to take a record which will be present in "Record history"

You would have to do the test by doing an OID by one to detect the problem OID.

Try to make sure the value exists on your equipment by performing a walksnmp: snmpwalk -v 2c -c public PRINTER-IP OID image

If the value returns, there are two more possibilities that would be of the returned template that does not exist in your GLPI printer model.

The other possibility is that there is a problem in the program that does not clear errors when they occur. Even corrected, he insists on the same problem. Simply detach the printer from the record model and re-associate it.

Have you done the test by doing an OID by one to detect the one that poses OID problem?
