Error php or sql in files/_log/php-errors.log & sql-errors.log ?

scorpz commented 6 years ago

Nothing. This happens only on Ricoh printers. Canon/HP/Xerox are OK.

First, you need to check with an external tool on your side for verifications on some OIDs.

A walk should be made on: .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.1 .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.2 .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.3 .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.4 .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.5

Do you have any values?

The value of each OID is "-3" so the information doesn't go up. The plugin can't go back up a negative value so for him it's 0. The information reported by the plugin is therefore consistent.
