Dears, my first post on this forum.

is there any relation between this plugin and menu ( recors) in printer menus list .?

my problem is when i click on "imediate record" i get this message. No results, please check OIDs of your record model (itemtype : Printer, items_id : 2).

in record model i have the following :

-- Name OID OID TYPE   | Copy black A3 | .1.3.6.1.4.1.1602.1.11.1.3.1.4.112 | Black and white   | Copy black A4 | .1.3.6.1.4.1.1602.1.11.1.3.1.4.113 | Black and white   | Copy Color A4 | .1.3.6.1.4.1.1602.1.11.1.3.1.4.123 | Color   | Copy color A3 | .1.3.6.1.4.1.1602.1.11.1.3.1.4.122 | Color   | Scan | .1.3.6.1.4.1.1602.1.11.1.3.1.4.501 | Other

these OID are check with snmpwalk and they are corrects.

Please help and thank you in advance.

When registering a record model, enable the basics possible to validate your equipment. If you enable something that the equipment does not have, it will present this error. Ex .: One printer may have the "toner level", but another may not respond for the same request, presenting the "generic error" that you mentioned.

Another thing, the type of OID I used was "monochrome" instead of black and white, of course, for my type of printer: "Kyocera"

Did you manage to solve this? I'm experiencing the same problem.
