2 years ago I changed the item_recordmodel.class.php file, located in the plugin's inc folder, the changed line was 981 by removing one of the /.
Version of the plugin : 2.0.0
Version of your GLPI : 10.0.2
Steps to reproduce (which actions have you made) : When I select the printers and go to actions -> printer counters - Immediate registration, it is returning the URL ../printercounters//front/record.form.php?initAjaxMassiveAction=1, the correct one would be ../printercounters/front /record.form.php?initAjaxMassiveAction=1
Expected result : ../printercounters/front/record.form.php?initAjaxMassiveAction=1
Actual result : /printercounters//front/record.form.php?initAjaxMassiveAction=1
