Dropdown field is missing #82

Version of the plugin : 2.4.7
Version of your GLPI : 9.2.4
Steps to reproduce (which actions have you made) : Select --> Declare change Select --> Human ressources --> xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx Select --> Action to be taken --> Change manager

Field to selecte "Please select a resource" is missing. (There is no dropdown field to selecte the manger name)

During more in detail checking: I found that if you choice first "Action tu be taken" and after "human resource the display of the two new fields is correct. But if you choiec first "human resource" and after "action to be taken” you don't receive ANY new field but only one comment in red " please elect a resource".
