Nested table not logged as manual fix #251

Observe the external resources table near the top. It's a nested table.

Open the wpf zip file from the latest conversion. Check the tables/complex folder. This topic is not listed there (and as expected, the topic does not convert properly). It should be listed in the report because it needs to be manually fixed.

Same thing here: http://help.staging.infragistics.local/Doc/WPF/2016.1/CLR4.0/?page=xamTreeGrid_Visual_Elements_Overview.html Looks like nested tables aren't picked up? We'll definitely need to fix these and it would be easiest if we have a list of topics.
