Early Termination of pick-inline Macro #60

There is a bug in the pick-inline macro that seems to terminate processing too early when passing a macro as input. For instance when using link syntax like this:

pick:[flag1=link:example.html[Example]]

...and applying the flag1 flag to the page, the result looks like this:

]

So this issue is a placeholder for getting some sort of fix set for the pick-inline macro.
