Window title doesn't match active topic title

1. Open Livewire.
2. Create a new AsciiDoc file.
3. Save it with a name.
4. Observe the title of the Livewire window.

Actual Result: untitled.adoc

Expected Result: It should be the title of the active file. Or maybe just Livewire.
