Images don't use relative paths based on the current tab

1. Open any English topic with images in Livewire.
2. Open the corresponding Japanese topic in Livewire.
3. Go back to the tab of the English topic.

Actual result: The images are in Japanese.

Expected result: The images are in English in the English topic, and in Japanese in the Japanese topic.
