All showcase applications except for AutoSales because of the database issue discussed in the e-mail thread.

We need to restructure the folder a little bit. Check out the Moo2U structure as an example:

Each sample needs to be in it's own folder. In this folder we will have metadata about the sample, screenshots, etc.

Also, we can drop the "IG" from the front of all the sample folders except for IGOutlook, IGWord, and IGExcel.
