[PH-12] Allow group user to view specific dashboard in Grafana #734

User portal → Grafana (Expected path)

Result

If a grafana dashboard is integrated with PrimeHub, system admin can access it from the Admin portal.
Now, we want normal group user can access Grafana dashboard through User Portal.
Normal group user can view the designated dashboard set by system admin to monitor the status of certain categories.
The dashboard which can be viewed by a normal user is limited and assigned by the system admin.
