Taurine IS RT differs from the non-IS standard #38

We currently have two different RTs for taurine, with the IS expected to come out around 10 minutes and the unlabeled peak at 11.12 minutes. It'd be nice to resolve this and provide some consistency!

Same thing for Guanine, actually - 8.61 vs 8.13.
