I think we have enough code to make this repo public now. We need to add

But that can be done while it is open. What do you think @docNord? Want to take on any of the points?

I am keen to contribute to this repo. I could give one of these tasks a go, I suppose. We still have to set up the greenhouse website, too. Where would you like me to start?

Oh, and make the repo public, this is great stuff!

Maybe you could start with docs. Should look more or less like in ifk-smhi and most of the structure should be in this repo already.
